Alabama Board of Education Signs New Superintendent Contract

According to the Montgomery Advertiser, the Alabama State Board of Education has approved a three-year contract with the state’s newly appointed superintendent, Tommy Bice. Under the contract, Bice will be paid $198,000 a year. He begins work in his new position on January 1. “We look forward to working with Dr. Bice and know he will do a great job,” said Board President Randy McKinney. Congratulations, Dr. Bice!
