This week, we are celebrating the successful completion of A+ College Ready's E3 Summer Training! This summer, A+CR had the privilege of training 1,800 Alabama teachers- equipping them with the skills to excel in both AP and non-AP courses. Announcing their largest training group to date, more than 50 administrators took part by attending training on Instructional Rounds.

> A+ Student VOICES Team: Do you know an Alabama high school student interested in becoming a civically-engaged leader? Nominate them for the A+ Student VOICES Team! Students will have opportunities to meet with state officials, conduct research in their schools, and more. Applications are due September 9. Visit studentvoicesala.com to learn more.

> The Alabama Best Practices Center: The ABPC has rescheduled the upcoming Facilitators Institute. It will now be held on November 6th and 7th in Tuscaloosa. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in becoming a more effective professional learning facilitator. Participants will be immersed in adult learning theory, best practices in facilitation, and trouble-shooting based on audience needs. There will also be the opportunity for attendees to practice their facilitation skills using designs created by the session leaders. Please email our Operations Manager, Dakota Punzel, at [email protected] with any questions or to register.
