To prepare for the meeting, we ask that you do two things:
First, please bring any artifacts or evidence of what you have done in your district and/or school(s) related to your learnings from KLN and the Internal Coherence Framework. This might include agendas of any professional learning sessions, products developed (e.g. group norms, use of rubric(s), results from ICF survey). We will offer a “learning showcase” at the end of the day, where you’ll be able to share your work and learn from colleagues about what they’ve done.
Please also review Chapter 8, “Efficacy for Instructional Improvement,” and the Afterward in The Internal Coherence Framework.
