Pam Walker serves as English Content Director for A+ College Ready, where she is passionate about supporting and inspiring teachers in their work to provide every student with a world-class education. Her commitment to this mission is grounded in more than 30 years of experience in public education and a deep belief in the power of excellent teaching to change students’ lives.
Pam earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Language Arts from Auburn University and began her career in 1995, bringing a love of English, literacy, and learning to her work with students and teachers. She joined A+ College Ready in 2015 and has since dedicated her expertise to helping educators strengthen instruction, deepen content knowledge, and create meaningful learning experiences for students.
Pam considers it a privilege to work alongside teachers, sharing ideas, celebrating their successes, and supporting them as they navigate the challenges and rewards of education.
Outside of work, Pam’s greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband, their three adult children, extended family, and a host of wonderful friends. When she has free time, she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and—whenever possible—spending time at the beach.
