Michelle Hall is an education professional with more than 25 years of experience in Alabama schools. She began her career as a classroom teacher before moving into roles focused on supporting educators and improving instruction. She later served as Supervisor of Library Media and Fine Arts for Shelby County Schools, where she partnered with teachers and school leaders to support curriculum development, strengthen instruction, and provide meaningful professional learning opportunities.

Michelle currently serves on the A+ College Ready Operations Team, where she provides support for the organization’s professional learning programs and contributes to the coordination of events for educators. Her years of experience in schools provide valuable insight into the needs of the teachers and leaders A+ College Ready serves.

Michelle holds a master’s degree from the University of Alabama and a bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College.
