La’Marla serves as the Operations Manager for A+ College Ready, where she plays a key role in supporting the organization’s mission to expand educational opportunities and strengthen college and career readiness for students across Alabama. In her role, she oversees and coordinates operational processes, professional learning logistics, events, and administrative functions that help ensure the organization’s programs and trainings are delivered efficiently and effectively.
With a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Georgia Southwestern State University, La’Marla brings an interdisciplinary perspective to her work, with minors in Management, Marketing, and Psychology. Her diverse academic background allows her to combine strong organizational and leadership skills with an understanding of people, communication, and strategic marketing.
Outside of work, La’Marla enjoys traveling, creating new experiences, and spending quality time with her family. She values the opportunity to explore new places, make lasting memories, and maintain a healthy balance between her professional and personal life.
