Jenifer Glover serves as Director of Finance for A+ College Ready, where she oversees the program’s financial operations and works to ensure resources are managed effectively to support students, teachers, schools, and programs across Alabama. She values the opportunity to use her financial expertise behind the scenes to help create opportunities for students and educators throughout the state.
Jenifer joined the A+ team in 2014 and brings more than a decade of experience with the organization. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from South University. In her role, she oversees budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable, expense management, purchasing, and other financial operations that support A+ College Ready’s programs and long-term sustainability.
Outside of work, Jenifer enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and giving back to her community through local nonprofit and youth organizations.
