SSC3 Training – Robertsdale High School

SSC3 Essentials – Summer 2017 provides participants with grade level specific training for incorporating content acquisition, content application, and content exposition strategies into the scope and sequence of the Alabama Course of Study.

Participants will receive four days of training that is completely aligned to grade level specific ALCOS standards. Additionally, participants will receive differentiation strategies, formative and summative assessment items that are aligned to ACT/ASPIRE, a complete step-by-step implementation guide, and access to a multitude of course specific web-based materials and resources.

For teachers who attended last year, you will recognize some of the strategies that you were trained on in 2016. However, the 2017 summer training will explore additional strategies and specific unit plans. This will enrich the solid foundation of the pilot training you received in 2016. For new teachers, you will have complete access to those pilot materials and will be able to work with your colleagues in grade level groups to allow for high levels of collaboration.
