Mallory serves as the Non-AP Science Content Director for A+ College Ready. In this role, she develops standards-based curriculum and professional learning experiences for middle school and high school teachers. She holds the belief that all students can succeed when they have access to high-quality science instruction.
Before joining A+, Mallory spent nine years teaching middle school science, including two years at A+ program schools. She also served as a curriculum development consultant and as a Laying the Foundation/A+ Summer Institute trainer.
Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Alabama and a Master’s degree in Secondary Science Education from the University of Montevallo. Originally from Trussville, she now lives in Millbrook with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her local charter school, coffee, reading, walking, and spending time with friends and family.
