Adrienna Deloris Thomas serves as the Non-AP Social Studies Content Director with A+ College Ready, where she has been a member of the team since 2019. She develops standards-based curriculum, mentors new trainers, and leads professional learning for educators across Alabama. Her work reflects her commitment to expanding students’ access to rigorous, meaningful instruction and supporting educators with strategies that strengthen teaching and learning.
With more than 16 years of experience in education, Adrienna has served as an assistant principal, program specialist, instructional coach, and middle school educator. She earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education in Social Science from the University of Montevallo and a Master of Science in Instructional Leadership from Jacksonville State University. Her experience includes leading school-wide testing, supporting curriculum development, and using data and collaboration to improve instruction.
Originally from Birmingham and now residing in Dothan, Adrienna enjoys curriculum design, advocating for students, and spending time with her husband and their three children.
