2019 Social Studies Fall Conference

The A+ College Ready Fall Conference for Advanced Placement teachers is designed to strengthen content knowledge and to expand access to instructional strategies and resources for both novice and experienced AP teachers.  Each conference will feature nationally recognized AP consultants as well as successful Alabama practitioners.  In addition to high quality teaching and learning, participants will have the opportunity to network with AP colleagues from all over the state.


Attendance at this conference is an expectation for teachers who have signed a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with A+ College Ready for the 2019-20 school year. Program school teachers’ eligibility for the $100 stipend for completing a reflection for the fall workshop is dependent on FULL DAY ATTENDANCE during both training days. The conference begins on October 14th at 12:00 pm and will extend until 4:30 pm.  The second day of the conference will begin at 8:30 am and extend until 3:00 pm. This is a ticketed event so please bring your registration ticket with you.
