2019 A+ College Ready AP Computer Science Principles Mock Exam Reading

The mock exam is an opportunity for AP students to participate in a practice exam in preparation for the actual AP exam;  in addition, it offers teachers practice in administering the exam. The Mock Reading provides a professional development opportunity for AP teachers to gain an understanding of the scoring process and of the expectations of the College Board readers who will evaluate students’ writing in June. 

In order to participate, AP teachers must select one of the following options:

Option 1 (Program School Cohorts 9,10 and 11, Oxford High School, and Madison County Schools) – Register to attend the Mock Reading, and A+ College Ready will print and ship mock exams to every program school teacher based upon enrollment.  The cost of printed exams and attending the Mock Reading is funded for all program school teachers. (A+ College Ready will provide printed exams, instructions for test administration, and scoring guidelines).

Option 2 (Partner and Non-affiliated Schools) – The cost of attending the Mock Reading is funded for all public school teachers when the school prints all necessary exams. Teachers should access the AP CSP Practice Exam, 2018 version, via the Course Audit site to retrieve the exam and key. (A+ College Ready will provide instructions for test administration).  

Option 3 (Private Schools) – Teachers can register to attend the mock reading for a fee of $100.00 per teacher when the school prints all necessary exams. Teachers should access the AP CSP Practice Exam, 2018 version, via the Course Audit site to retrieve the exam and key. (A+ College Ready will provide instructions for test administration). A Purchase Order number or name of authorizing administrator must be provided at the time of registration. The school will be invoiced after the event.
