Instructional Partners Network 101

The ABPC Instructional Partners Network was established in 2011 at the request of the Alabama State Department of Education. Beginning in five districts and 12 schools, the IPN now reaches 28 districts and 156 schools. Designed to provide ongoing professional learning and networking to school-based instructional coaches and their principals, the IPN relies heavily on research about effective coaching, managing change, resistance, and building strong partnerships. The IPN uses Jim Knight’s Unmistakable Impact: A Partnership Approach for Dramatically Improving Instruction, supplemented by other books, articles, and data.

$120 per person (Registration fee includes two days of training, workshop materials, lunches, and refreshments. Participants will purchase their own book. If lodging is required, participants will be responsible for their own lodging.)
