Reading Assignment:
Please bring your book, Leaders of Their Own Learning
(1) Bring student work samples of the same assignment (rigorous above DOK 1) from three different students. Work samples should reflect an exemplar, and average sample and one that doesn’t meet the standard. Be sure to bring the addressed standard(s) and learning target(s) for the assignment.
(2) Choose either the topic of “passage portfolios” (Chapter 7) Leaders of Their Own Learning or “celebrations of learning” (Chapter 6) Leaders of Their Own Learning to study and be prepared to dialogue with others. Complete the enclosed “Think-Puzzle- Explore” template and bring it with you.

(3) Consider leading an “Open Space” session on either the use of learning targets or checks for understanding. Please notify Magan if you are willing to do this.
