We are excited about and looking forward to the Vertical Team Orientation on Tuesday, February 28 from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the Athens Renaissance School, 405 South Street East, Athens, AL 35611-2254.
The purpose of this meeting is to listen to participants about what they believe would make this work meaningful and impactful (e.g. improving teaching and learning). We also hope to begin to build a community of practice and introduce participants to one of the guiding texts we plan to use, The Skillful Team Leader, by Elisa MacDonald. Copies of that book will be provided to all participants at the meeting.
